Art the Clown:
Scenario
After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to a small town in Miles County to target a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. Scenes filmed in the film “Fright”; The haunted house was filmed at a real haunted house called the Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The filmmakers used what they already had on hand. Art’s favorite acid is fluoroantimonic acid, which he keeps in a clear glass jar. It is a super acid that can even dissolve glass.

The central scene takes place in a mental institution, where Chris Jericho plays security guard Alan Burke and Leah Voysey plays nurse. .. The German DVD and Blu-ray releases of Tiberius Film are approximately three minutes long to secure the “Not for People Under 18” title; rating (this was necessary because video release guidelines are stricter than for theatrical releases). Essentially all violent scenes have been edited to tone down the violence. The Nameless Media 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Mediabook releases are completely uncut and have received a moderate SPIO/JK approval.
It’s clear that the director was carried away

As others have noted, the film is about 45 minutes long. There are several plot developments that don’t match the original film at all. Sometimes when directors get a bigger budget, they feel like they have to expand the plots and get them going.
Less is always more!
The plot elements add confusion to a simple plot that would have had more impact if it had been about 90 minutes long. The gore wasn’t as severe as it was portrayed online. None of this type of bloodshed was new. It’s been done in many other movies. I think the creator of “Deadly 2”; adding unnecessary thematic storylines to the sequel.
This ultimately borders on fantasy or science fiction
My advice to a creator or director is, “Keep it short and sweet.”
