Roswell Delirium is an emotionally charged sci-fi thriller set in the 1980s that tells the story of an alternate 1980s where the United States suffers a wave of nuclear attacks and in the aftermath, those left behind pretend everything is normal despite everyone suffering from radiation poisoning. A young girl named Mayday attempts to contact her father, who is in space on a shuttle mission, through a series of ham radios. Instead of making contact, she receives an intergalactic distress call from space that takes her on a journey to Spacerock, the land where Area 51 once stood. She is exposed to severe levels of radiation and within days, all of her organs begin to fail. Knowing that medical treatment will not help her, her mother Wendy takes her back to Spacerock to hand her over to aliens in the hopes that they can save her.
