It tells the story of three very different families who compete to own the same 1920s Spanish-style mansion that they believe will solve all their problems. Denis Leary and Ray Romano both appeared in the Ice Age franchise (2002-present). It’s unfortunate that the low ratings are coming from people who “only watched 2 episodes”. It’s really a slow burn, but if you stick with it, you won’t regret it. Yes, there’s a lot going on at once, but it all comes together in the end.. there were tears shed several times. The talent alone is impressive! From Dennis Leary to the damn ALICE (Linda Lavin), there are some serious name drops! And a note to those who are dealing with 1 lesbian couple and multiple ethnicities on the show… Welcome to what life is really like.. that was not an exaggeration at all and those who thought so should take a hard look and ask why..
